Came from NZ (NRI) so had no idea but I found them on Google. They charged me for a full-eye checkup but only did my specs number test and did not even refund my money coz they did not check by putting medicine as I was told while paying and Dr Poonam Jain is not professional at all and so is the staff at this place. They charge for full check-ups but don't do them even after wasting for long. Just like today's doctor, she is more interested in money than services and the satisfaction of her patients. She was more interested in leaving and closing the clinic without completing my checkup and on top of all she told me that you only need to know my specs number (yes but then why did you charge me for a full checkup?)
